Happy almost Tuesday,
APPARENTLY THE QUOTE "If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, try again", also applies to AI prompting to produce the best outcome for you. Let me show you how?
How many times have you asked AI for something and it just didn't hit the mark? You wanted a fundraising appeal that felt emotional, but it came out sounding like your overly logical partner 😬. You asked for a board report summary, but it was way too long. You needed a grant narrative in your voice, but it sounded like Elon Musk.
So what did you do? You redid the prompt. Then redid it again. Then a third time. Then you gave up and convinced yourself AI is stupid; you would've spent less time not using it.
I see you nodding like a newborn that can't control its neck.
Here's this new little secret that successful users are starting to do to solve for this issue. There's a growing AI strategy called "looping" where you can actually tell AI to keep retrying on its OWN until it accomplishes your goal. No more babysitting. No more 5 rounds of "try again, but better." You set the destination, and AI keeps driving until you arrive.
Actionable Task:
The next time you give AI a task, add this exact phrase to the end of your prompt:
"Before giving me the final answer, make sure you clearly understand my goal.
If my goal, audience, tone, desired outcome, or key details are unclear, ask me the questions you need until the goal is clear enough to produce your best outcome.
Once the goal is clear, create a loop to review your work, and ask yourself:
Can you do better?
If the answer is yes, and anything falls below your best quality, revise your answer before showing it to me. Repeat this self-review and revision process up to 5 times until the final version would score at least 9.5 out of 10.
Only show me the final improved version."
That's it. Copy. Paste. Add to the end of any prompt. Watch AI do the work of 5 prompts in one shot.
Example use cases:
Drafting your year-end appeal letter
Writing a grant narrative
Creating social media posts for a campaign
Building a donor thank-you sequence
Drafting your next board update
Remember:
Nobody hired you to be a full-time writer working part-time on your actual mission. The grant grind was never supposed to swallow your evenings. AI drafts. You direct. Your family gets you back by dinner.

P.S. Drowning in tasks AI could handle? Don't know where to start? Need to save time and money? Sincerely, let's talk.
Let's hop on a 30-minute call. I'll show you how you can clock out on time, get home to your family, and still serve more community members:
